Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a cozy simulated gas fireplace where one can relax. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, although they may be overpriced. The service is very friendly and gracious. The location, just outside of Ukiah, California, provides charming and beautiful surroundings. The dining options vary from a wonderful display of fruits in season to less impressive offerings. Overall, the facilities offer a mix of positive and negative experiences.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were small but adequate and clean, featuring a cozy queen bed and a simulated gas fireplace where we spent our evenings chatting and reading. The high ceilings and original features added a delightful touch to the room.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although advertised with a queen bed plus futon, were very small with old swamp coolers in the windows and out-of-date furnishings. However, they were small but adequate and clean. The service was very gracious and friendly for everyone. The location was great, offering opportunities to play ball with the family and visit beautiful places like the Anderson Valley and the old Cinnabar Mine. The dining experience ranged from wonderful with a large assortment of fresh foods to disappointing with out-of-season fruits and day-old pastries. The facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very small with old swamp coolers in the windows and out of date furnishings, but we enjoyed the simulated gas fireplace where we spent the evening chatting and reading. The service was very friendly, and the staff seemed to genuinely like their jobs. The location was lovely, with a big central BBQ, picnic tables, and a drinking fountain, but the rooms had an old school charm. The dining experience was a highlight with a wonderful display of fruits in season, pastries, eggs, and great coffee. The facilities were decent, although some aspects felt outdated for the price paid.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but nicely decorated, and the simulated gas fireplace created a cozy atmosphere where we spent the evening chatting and reading. The service was very friendly and gracious. The location was beautiful with well-maintained surroundings and even a big central BBQ area for family gatherings. The dining experience offered a delicious assortment of options, although I wished for a bit more variety. Overall, a peaceful retreat with great value for the money.
